Why did you do XC? i think i started doing xc last year cuz i wanted to be a better sprinter but i ended up being a better distance runner than sprinter. there's also not many other fall sports to do. i haven't played organized soccer since 3rd grade and i'm a bit too light for football. almost got a tooth knocked out in jr. high so that wasn't too cool . . . and yeah, that's why i'm running xc.
Part of XC course: the little roller coasters after you get out of the bowl. nice place to pass people who are still tired from the climb and once you reach there, you know you've passed the hardest parts of the course. it's all downhill from there.
